Fitness and sport have always been a large part of my life and I'm passionate about assisting my clients on their journey to improve their fitness and body confidence.
Since graduating from Plymouth University with a BSc in Strength & Conditioning, I have worked in the fitness industry for 10 years, supporting elite athletes, sports teams and a wide range of personal clients to reach their fitness goals.
Whether you want to lose weight, recover from injury, look great on your wedding day or simply improve your general fitness levels, my job is to use my knowledge and expertise to motivate and support you in creating changes that will make you happier and more confident with your body.
I'll work with you to understand your personal goals and what motivates you and will design a bespoke programme to meet your individual needs. Each session will give you the challenge you need to help you burn fat, build lean muscle tone and improve your strength and overall fitness.
At each session, I'll talk you through exactly what you are doing and why, making sure that you know the correct techniques to perform each exercise safely and gain maximum benefit.
It's important that you enjoy your exercise, so I'll use a range of techniques and tools to keep you motivated. As well as developing your health and fitness through exercise, we'll review your diet to help you get into shape even quicker. I'll provide you with with simple, manageable and effective nutritional guidance tailored to meet your needs and lifestyle.
